Shipping: We do not ship Internationally. The Distressed Rose uses USPS for all shipping, and all items will ship within two business days after you place your order. We ship Monday - Friday with the exception of holidays. All packages sent out have tracking information embedded in the barcode. Once a package has shipped, it is out of our hands if it is lost. For example, if tracking notifies you that it has been “delivered” to your address, but you cannot locate it, we will not be held responsible. If this occurs, please contact your local post office. We offer Route shipping insurance for purchase with your order. If you purchase the Route insurance you will contact them with any shipping issues.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns: Items will be accepted for return at our discretion. Items must be received back to our store no later than 20 days from the date you received your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition that you received. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return.

Refunds: Store credit will be issued to customer’s account. Please be sure to message us when you want to use the credit. Credit is valid for six months from issue date. We do NOT offer exchanges, such as switching sizes due to changes in inventory.
Clearance items and items discounted 30% or more will not be accepted for returns or exchanged for store credit.
