SHIPPING / RETURNS
Shipping: We do not ship Internationally. The Distressed Rose uses USPS for all shipping, and all items will ship within two business days after you place your order. We ship Monday - Friday with the exception of holidays. All packages sent out have tracking information embedded in the barcode. Once a package has shipped, it is out of our hands if it is lost. For example, if tracking notifies you that it has been “delivered” to your address, but you cannot locate it, we will not be held responsible. If this occurs, please contact your local post office. We offer Route shipping insurance at checkout for purchase with your order. If you purchase the insurance you will contact them with any shipping issues.
We may ship shoes without the box to cut down on shipping.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns: Items must be received back to our store no later than 20 days from the date you received your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition that you received. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We do offer exchanges for switching sizes only if the item is still available otherwise a refund or store credit will be issued.
Refunds: Refund will be issued if the above requirements are met. If you would rather have store credit message us. Store credit is valid for six months from issue date.

Clearance items and items discounted 50% or more will not be accepted for returns or exchanged for store credit.
